In 2021 Charlene was offered the role of Assistant Director for a section of the Platinum Jubilee Pageant procession ‘The Thank You Dance’ which was directed by Ali Pretty from Kinetika and Jeanefer Jean-Charles MBE of Jeanefer Jean-Charles & Associates.
The event took place on 5 June 2022 involved approx 250 people of all ages and abilities in just ‘The Thank You Dance’ section. Participants included: Key workers, professional dancers, youth dancers, volunteers and technical staff.
